A veteran of the software world, Chris decided to take on the challenge of running a consulting firm. Chris's experience ranges from software engineering to CRM Consulting and Business Analysis. When Chris isn't absorbed in salesforce.com you can often find him online playing xbox, or at the local gym playing squash. Chris is a Certified Salesforce Consultant and Certified Salesforce Administrator.


Jamie O'Connell

Jamie joined the EC team shortly after it was founded and brings a wealth of experience in business analytics and reporting. When Jamie isn't cranking out Apex code and customizing salesforce.com, you can catch him zipping down Mass Ave in Cambridge on his scooter. Jamie is a certified salesforce administrator.


Lauren Himml
Project Manager / Business Operations
Lauren brings a few decades worth of project management, marketing and business operations. Lauren assists with the day-to-day activities of Eustace Consulting as well as providing senior-level experience with growing the EC firm. Lauren truly enjoys the outdoors, especially anything related to the beach and ocean.
