As some of you may know, we like to expand on the functionality of the and integration.  You can see some previous blog posts about such as associating any folder to a salesforce record, or enabling in salesforce communities , or syncing and permissions

Our latest enhancement is allowing the user to leverage the functionality to allow an email to accept attachments and sent directly into  Why would we want to do this?  This is extremely useful for support cases where the end user may need to send screenshots or error messages.  These messages will get directly sucked into the related folder associated to the case, so the support agent can then view the users’ attachments.  Interested in enhancing your and integration to work the way you do?  Fill out the form to the right!
