Working closely with Shoretelsky, our previous blog post detailed us implementing a custom salesforce knowledge solution.
We recently completed another project with Shoretelsky, the ability for users to see up-to-the-minute statistics on uptime, case resolution, case statistics and call metrics.

Similar to the Knowledge solution, this is written 100% in visualforce and Apex. We have many triggers to calculate, sum the data, and display it in an easy-to-read format for end users.
