We have a treat for you today. We’ve been using freshbooks since our inception back in 2009. Sometime in 2010 Cambridge Cloud Partners Released a free connector on the App Exchange. While being awesome, it lacked some functionality we desperately needed in order to get the metrics we cared about – being able to determine who logged time, integration with expenses, and other calculations. This software integration is pivotal, especially for professional service organizations based in the cloud, such as ourselves.
We took it upon ourselves to build off of CCP’s free connector, and below is an example of a true full integration with salesforce and freshbooks.
