Let’s face it, humans are no longer an efficient match for the kind of artificial intelligence (AI) found in the types of technology that tell us, among other things, what to buy, what to watch, where to go and how to get there. Our geniuses have met their match — and we are glad for it— with the capabilities of Salesforce Einstein. After two years in development, this revolutionary platform has finally arrived, and we at Eustace Consulting couldn’t be more excited!

According to Salesforce, Einstein “automatically customizes the needs of each and every customer through the use of advanced machine learning, deep learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing and smart data recovery.” Does that sound complicated? Well, it isn’t because Einstein is actually designed to take the complexities out of AI to make the most of the customer experience. It’s not only super smart, but it’s user friendly, too. Customers can quickly make the most of Einstein’s outstanding capabilities and watch business grow.

Once Einstein is in place, it keeps getting smarter, too. Every customer interface and new piece of information helps it learn more, predict future behavior, automate tasks and recommend what future actions might work best. It operates in real-time, helping to make decisions based on what customers are doing minute-to- minute, rather than solely relying on analysis of what’s happened in the past. Now isn’t that genius?

Einstein is just the beginning, as Salesforce intends to integrate AI into every one of its products. Salesforce Co-founder Marc Benioff says Einstein “will serve as a new nerve system across the entire business.” The company has certainly shown its committed to digging deeper and deeper into the understanding of AI technology, as is evident by the millions of dollars in investments and recent acquisition of over half a dozen start up AI companies. We can’t wait to see what comes next.

Eustace Consulting is eager to help you develop the best possible Customer Relations Management (CRM) strategies to help your business grow. For more information on how Salesforce Einstein can help, contact us below:
