Salesforce Acquires Thinkfuse

By June 28, 2012Latest News

Salesforce.com is at it again, this week they purchased Seattle-based startup Thinkfuse. Like the other recent Salesforce purchases, the financial details were not released. Thinkfuse is a tool that allows employees and managers to effectively communicate status updates and progress reports.

According to their website, they will officially close on July 25, 2012 and all customer data will be deleted. This is suggestive that Thinkfuse’s technology and executive team will be absorbed into current Salesforce products, rather than a stand alone product.

We will be following this story and the other purchases closely to see where Salesforce will apply their newly acquired technologies and workforce.
