Here at Eustace Consulting, we run all of our operations managing tasks on opportunities and a custom projects object. Problem is, whenever we assign activities to each other, we’ve always had to follow the activity to see the update of when it has been completed. This is no longer the case, thanks to the Chatter Activies App (free) by Radial Web Solutions.
By following parent objects (Contact, Lead, Project, Opportunity, etc) you can automatically get updates in your feed. Pretty awesome for us, being able to stay on top of everything being done and completed!
