Recently, we had an interesting challenge with a client needing to send data through the streaming API, but the end user needed immediate feedback as to what was going on with the API call and if it had completed or not.
We leveraged a combonation of JQuery and the salesforce streaming API to allow the user to see the feedback they needed, and performed some validation using jQuery to ensure the Merchant wasn’t exported multiple times.
