Jennifer is a certified Salesforce.com Administrator and has a BS in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jen enjoys bicycling, camping and singing a cappella with a local women’s barbershop quartet and chorus.

Ian is joining the Salesforce consulting world with a BBA in Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University. Ben Smith

After many years in Financial Services software and consulting, Ben came to learn about Salesforce.com the way that many do…the startup he was working for bought Salesforce.com and needed to be able to make it work for them! Along the way, Ben worked with the product team to build a powerful integration to Salesforce.com for their platform, but saw that it wasn’t enough to just have two systems communicating in order to have success in Operations. Ben went on to co-found Bedrock Data to make the dream of multi-system integration a reality. He joined up with Chris and the team at Eustace Consulting to be able to bring his dreams of smooth running Operations teams to fruition by working with clients from all walks of life.

Andrew Bloch

Before joining the team at Eustace Consulting, Andrew spent several years as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology and Environmental Science at Franklin Pierce University and a researcher as a Research Associate at a local Biological Research Firm. As a professor and researcher, Andrew developed a passion for data analysis, programming, and problem-solving. Through the development of these disciplines, he is delighted to help clients achieve their business objectives. Andrew enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son, playing with his dog, and playing board games.

Jr. Salesforce Project Analyst

The Junior Salesforce Project Analyst is an entry level position with Eustace Consulting for those interested in learning to work with a variety of businesses, both big and small, to achieve real and valuable business goals. The objective of the position is to introduce the candidate to agile project management and requirement gathering and to prepare them to sit for the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam.

Responsibilities include attending staff meetings, thrice weekly standup meetings, shadowing Consultants to get an understanding of how we work with clients, documenting interactions with clients and their business needs, working through configuration projects, and working through the Beginner and Intermediate Trailhead Trails.

Requirements

• Self starter with burning desire to learn Salesforce and key tenets of agile project management
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate via spoken and written means of communication
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and internet connectivity issues
• Ability to perform in a remote environment
